Polo Green. My Second Cologne Purchase

Polo Green: A True Classic 

An outstanding cologne in my opinion is much like this chorus of any excellent song. Wherever the verses guide you, you usually come back to the chorus. It's the part you keep in mind! The part you hum when you are by yourself. That is just what Polo Green would be to myself! It doesn't matter how numerous aromas I try out, I always go back to that cologne I know. Polo Classic.

Quite sexual. Quite strong. An old close friend that has yet to let me down. I appreciate the strong, smokey opening that lingers among the dark, green pines that settle around the woodsy masculine aroma. 

This is a classic guy's cologne. Ideal throughout springtime, fall, and the winter months. You can't use this cologne without acquiring a handful of compliments. Should you be shy, spray this cologne on for chance because the smell alone is a conversation stater. No other cologne I own is a strong and masculine as this cologne.

First Review: Acqua Di Gio

The one and only. Copied but never duplicated. Acqua Di Gio. 

This is one of the world's most famous and pervasive scents – and not without reason. Released in 1996, Giorgio Armani's Acqua di Gio joins lively top notes of lime, mandarin orange, jasmine and neroli, making it sweet and sufficiently crisp that your wife or sweetheart may even spray a little when you're not looking.

 I first purchased this cologne back in 2000 and have been re buying it every time it runs out. I use it so often I probably go through a larger sized bottle every year and a half. I love it, my wife loves it, what is not to love?

As progressive as it was at launch, Acqua di Gio's equalization of light and breezy fragrances with woodier notes has been replicated by about each entry level designer in the cologne world. It is such a popular cologne and been replicated so much that a lot of people smell like it. If you are looking to stand out this one might not be a good choice for you. Although, it is an incredible add on to any cologne collection, however perhaps not a perfect "signature scent".
